Orders, bookings and enquiries currently use Instagram DM. Website forms and automated mail are paused. Previous form records remain in the restricted studio inbox. Opening Instagram leaves this website; information you send by DM is also handled by Instagram.

SHOKA uses the name, email address, location, timing, budget and project details previously submitted through the inquiry form to respond to those inquiries and manage commissions.

Your inquiry is stored in a restricted database and can be accessed through the owner-only administration page. Site hosting, database and image storage are provided through the hosting platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. When automatic receipts are enabled, your email address, receipt reference and form language are sent to Resend to send a receipt email. No project details are included in the automated email. When mail sending is enabled, your submitted details are also sent through Resend to the studio’s contact address, atakizawa9123@gmail.com, as an inquiry or lesson notification.

Browser storage is used only to remember your language preference. To prevent repeated spam submissions, a time-limited hash of the connection IP is used. This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Inquiries are retained only as needed for response and business correspondence. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact atakizawa9123@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual purposes.

If card payments are enabled in the future, card details will be processed by Stripe on its hosted payment page. This website does not receive or store card numbers.
